Developing innovative ways to meet the product and service needs of the railroad industry

 

REGIONAL FIELD MANAGER

This position will actively inspect, grade, and assist in acquiring track material from railroad operators in the North Central US.  The individual must supervise contract crews and railroad operations during the acquisition, dismantling and loading of track materials.  The ability to develop and strengthen customer relations is critical to the position’s success.  Extensive travel is required up to 100% of the time.

 

The qualified candidate will have:

·         A minimum of a high school education and not less than 5 years experience in the railroad industry.

·         The ability to lead work crews and supervise contractors.

·         Previous experience in operations within the railroad industry.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·         Good math skills and the ability to pay attention to detail.

·         a valid driver's license

 

This position will report to the General Manager and will work from their own home office.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
